Reset Passwords for Subusers

If a subuser forgets their password and is unable to retrieve their password on their own because they cannot remember the answer to their security question, a super user can reset their password.

Note: For Billing Service users, contact Client Support to reset passwords.

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Click User Maintenance.
  3. Click lock icon under Options.

  1. Type the new password. Make sure that the password meets the security requirements.
  2. Click Change Password.
