Report Card Export

Export the MIPS Promoting Interoperability measures report as an Excel file with numerator and denominator details.

Open Report Card Export

1. In NextGen® Office EHR, click Documents on the bottom toolbar.
2. Click the My Reports tab.
3. Click Report Card Export.

Export a Promoting Interoperability Report

1. Select an Enrollment Period option.
2. Select a provider or All Providers.
3. Click Generate Report.

Note: Do not select a Tax ID unless you need a group reporting file.

The Excel file appears in the My Reports document list. The file should appear within an hour of generating the report.

Download Excel Files

The Excel file appears in the My Reports document list. The file should appear within an hour of generating the report. Select the file's row and click Download.
