You can print billing statements from the Statements page.

Before you begin: You must generate a batch of patient statements.

Note: Statements are batched at 6:30 PM Pacific Time. One month of statement activity appears under Statements History. The time zone under Statements History is Pacific Time. The recommended envelope size is #10 double window.

  1. In NextGen® Office PM, select Billing > Statements.
  2. Under Statements History, select the date to open the batch.
  3. Select Go.

Note: Batches are in groups of 100. Make sure to print all statements.

Statements Tabs and Columns

The Statements page includes tabs and columns where you can perform additional actions.

Tab/ColumnDescription
Patient StatementsIncludes all patient statements.
Guarantor Statements

Includes all guarantor statements.

Excluded for COB

Includes patients who may need a secondary claim. To generate statements for the excluded for COB patients, select the Include in Batch check box, and then select Add to the Batch. This is an added convenience to ensure accurate statements.

Statement IDTo view or download the individual statement as a PDF, select the statement ID.
Format/ExcludeTo exclude a statement from printing, select Exclude for that statement.
