Prescription Transaction History (Rx Hx)

You can view the prescription's transaction history (Rx Hx) by the date range specified in the Rx Date fields.

Open the Prescription's Transaction History

1. In the Medications section, select ACTION and select History.

2. Select Rx Hx.

Feature Overview

Dispensed medication shows only the View Details option whereas a non-dispensed medication shows both options in the ACTION menu.

Click ACTION and select:

• View Details: View the prescription details. 

When you select View Details, the prescription details open. Dispensed medications have an additional section that shows the pharmacy's dispensing details including the Fill Status.

An RxFill message is a notification from the pharmacy to the prescriber about dispensing status for the prescription:

• Dispensed
• Partially dispensed
• Not dispensed
• Medication returned to stock
• Transferred to another pharmacy
