The Prescriber Report is a report of all medications prescribed by the logged-in prescriber for current day (or the selected Rx Date range).
Some states may require providers to print and sign this report. If your state requires a signed prescriber report, select Save as PDF to download a PDF of the report.
Statuses
You can view additional status information in the prescription details.
- Verified: The pharmacy received the electronic transmission and sent a message back confirming its receipt.
- Success: Surescripts believes that the message was successfully sent, but that the pharmacy did not acknowledge its receipt (some pharmacies do not send acknowledgement messages).
- Failure: Prescriptions were electronically transmitted to the pharmacy, but could not be processed.
Prescription Details
Select the row to open the prescription details. Dispensed medications have an additional section at the top of the page that shows the pharmacy's dispensing details including the Fill Status.
An RxFill message is a notification from the pharmacy to the prescriber about dispensing status for the prescription:
- Dispensed
- Partially dispensed
- Not dispensed
- Medication returned to stock
- Transferred to another pharmacy
