Locked Out Username

Bamboo Health

If your username is locked out, submit a ticket to Bamboo Health. After Bamboo Health unlocks the username, you can try your credentials again.

PDMP Report Is Not Available

If the PDMP Report module is not available or working as expected, check your location from the top navigation bar in EHR and make sure that the location has an NPI in Administration: Locations.

Bamboo Health Scheduled Maintenance

Bamboo Health's maintenance window is every Wednesday 4:00–6:00 AM ET. There could potentially be downtime during this window if any changes are made to PMP Gateway as part of their maintenance window. Bamboo Health sends client notifications only if an outage extends outside of this maintenance window.  

Bamboo Health Unplanned Outages

Bamboo Health adds your email address to a distribution list to receive notifications when the PMP Gateway service is unexpectedly unavailable. This communication comes from their Client Relations team and they will provide regular updates until the service is restored.
