Certification ID for Providers Who Only Use NextGen Office EHR

Provider Uses More Than One EHR including NextGen Office
If you use NextGen Office EHR and another EHR, you will need to obtain a certification ID for both EHRs from the CHPL.
Search for the Certification ID
- Go to the Certified Health IT Product List website.
- Search for NextGen Office.
Search results show the 2015 Edition. The CHPL ID is 15.04.04.2054.Medi.05.00.1.180220.
- Click +Cert ID.

Click Get 2015 EHR Certification ID.

- Repeat steps 1-3 for the additional EHR you use. In our example, we are using NextGen Enterprise EHR.
