My Reports

Use My Reports to generate, download, and review pertinent EHR information, including audit logs, custom reports, health maintenance, immunization files, MIPS Quality measure QRDA files, and MIPS Promoting Interoperability measure reports.

Open My Reports

1. In NextGen® Office EHR, click Documents on the bottom toolbar.
2. Click the My Reports tab.

My Reports Document List

Generated reports appear in the document list.

MIPS Promoting Interoperability measure reports (as Excel files) with numerator and denominator details show in the document list. For more information, refer to Report Card Export.

MIPS Quality Measure QRDA files in XML and HTML formats are automatically generated within a couple of weeks after the MIPS reporting period ends. For more information, refer to Export QRDA I and QRDA III Files and Group Reporting for the Quality Payment Program.

Audit Logs

For instructions on how to generate and download an audit log, refer to Audit Logs.

Custom Report

• Enter information into some or all of the available parameters to pull desired information.
• Additional options in this feature include saving the parameters as a template for future use, including or excluding the information from the output, creating a reminder message, and indicating if the report permissions are public or private.
• You must sign the patient's encounter for the encounter's data to be pulled into the reports.

Immunization Files

Generate and download an immunization file to upload to the local immunization registry.

QPP Reporting

For instructions on how to import or export a MIPS Quality measure QRDA file, refer to Import QRDA I Files or Export QRDA I and QRDA III Files, respectively.

Public Surveillance

In the event of a widespread epidemic, you can generate the report based on diagnosis codes.

Report Card Export

For instructions on how to export the MIPS Promoting Interoperability measures report, refer to Report Card Export.

CPO Report

The CPO (Care Plan Oversight) Report identifies which patients have accumulated CPO time for the month.

CCM Billing

The CCM (Chronic Care Management) Billing report consists of four options: Ready to Bill, Billed Recently, No Recent Activity, and FFS Patients w/out Permission. 

1. Select a provider from the Permission on File menu.
2. Select the Display Format to show the patient's chronic conditions. 

Medical Home

1. Select the report week that you want to view for Medical Home.
2. Select the PCMH Standard, Element, and Factor for the desired report.
3. Click View Report.
