Manage a Patient's Internal Care Team

You can identify who is responsible in the practice for patient's care by viewing the patient's internal care team. Internal care teams are created and managed from the Administration: Internal Care Teams page.

View or Select a Patient's Internal Care Team

1. From the patiet's chart, click Administrative.
2. From the View filter, click Providers.

3. Scroll to the Care Team section.

If the patient has no internal care team, the menu states No Internal Care Team.

4. Select the internal care team to associate with the patient.

Internal Care Team Reporting

You can filter the Patient, Insurance, Guarantor Analysis Grid by Internal Care Team. You can also report internal care team data. The Internal Care Team Name column appears by default.
