As a result of the annual code updates effective October 1, 2022, CMS identified impacted measures (see table below). CMS will suppress these measures after submission. Quality performance will be based on the remaining measures.

Unenroll from these measures from the MIPS Dashboard (Quality dashboard).

Things to Consider

If you submit affected measures, consider whether:

  • The measures are your highest performing measures and determine whether you should select other measures.
  • The measures are your required outcome or high-priority measures. If you do not have replacement measures, you may still want to submit them.
