Updated Medical History Information May Not Appear on the Encounter Summary Preview

Issue
NextGen Healthcare has identified an issue with NextGen® Office that occurs when updating a patient’s medical history. As a result, the updated information does not appear on the Encounter Summary Preview.
Steps to Recreate the Issue
- Create or open a patient chart, and then create an encounter.
- From the SOAP menu, select S > Patient Hx > Medical Hx.
- Select Add / Edit History.
- Select No for any medical condition, and then update the answer to Yes.
- Generate the Encounter Summary Preview.
The updated information does not appear on the Encounter Summary Preview.
Actions Required
Until this issue is fixed, users can select Back to Medical History List after updating the information.

This issue will be fixed in a future release.
