Patient Roster Files Upload to an Incorrect Practice

NextGen® Office clients should always ensure that they are uploading patient files only to the intended practice. This action cannot be undone. Uploading a patient roster to the incorrect practice or account may result in privacy violations requiring notification.
Steps to Recreate the Issue
- Open NextGen® Office PM, select Patients, and then select Patient Roster.
- Select Upload a .csv File, select a CSV file, and then select Upload.
The updated file cannot be deleted even if uploaded to the incorrect account.
Actions Required
Please always verify that the selected file belongs to the practice before selecting Upload. If an error occurs, contact NextGen Healthcare Support immediately for assistance.
