Written Signature Is Removed from Signed Encounter If Signature Is Removed from Signature Manager

Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, the written signature is removed from a signed encounter if the signature is removed from the Signature Manager. The timestamped electronic signature that shows on the side of the clinical summary PDF is not affected. If you re-add the signature to the Signature Manager, the signature will show again on the clinical summary PDF.
Steps to Reproduce
Add the signature and the signature shows in the clinical summary PDF
- Log in to NextGen Office with a user ID that is associated with the provider's profile.
- In EHR, click Documents.
- Click Document Library.
- Click Signature Manager.
- Click Edit Signature.
- Add a signature.
- Click Save.
- Click Save.
- Navigate to an open encounter.
- Click Sign.
- Click Sign the Encounter.
- Click Clinical Summary.
- Click Export PDF.
The rendering provider's signature shows at the bottom of the encounter.
Delete the signature and the signature does not show in the clinical summary PDF
- Click Documents.
- Click Document Library.
- Click Signature Manager.
- Click Delete Signature.
- Navigate back to the previously signed encounter.
- Click Clinical Summary.
- Click Export PDF.
The rendering provider's signature no longer shows at the bottom of the encounter.

No user action is required.
