Issue

When patients upload documents to their medical record in YourHealthFile® Patient Portal, no alert shows in NextGen® Office EHR to notify practice staff that a document was uploaded.

Steps to Reproduce

Patient Portal Steps

  1. Click Review Medical Record.
  2. Click Amend My Record.
  3. Upload a document.
  4. Click Save.

EHR Steps

  1. Open the patient's chart.
No alert shows to notify practice staff about the uploaded document.
  1. Click Administrative and scroll down to the Amendments section.
The uploaded document shows.

Action Required

No user action is required.

Status

This issue was fixed on January 20, 2022.
