- In NextGen® Office EHR, create or open a patient chart, and then create an encounter.
- From the left toolbar, select O > Problem List > New Problem.
- Select ICD 10 Codes.
- Search for and select P0731 Preterm newborn, gestational age 28 completed weeks.
- Select Save Changes.
- Open the Encounter Summary Preview.
The description for the mapped SNOMED code on the problem list is Bilateral Facial Muscle Weakness.Actions RequiredUntil this issue is fixed, users can change the mapping to the correct description in the ICD/SNOMED Mapping Tool.StatusThis issue was resolved on October 10, 2024.
