Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, the red abnormal icon does not appear when selecting Abnormal Flag under Order Results Forms or when selecting Abnormal under Browse and Upload.
Steps to Recreate the Issue
- From a created order, select the order row.
- Select Results, and then select the Order Results Forms tab.
- Select Lab Tests, select Common Office, and then select Abnormal Flag.
- Select Save, and then select Return to Orders.
The red abnormal icon does not appear.
- In Orders, select an order.
- Select Results, and then select the Browse and Upload tab.
- Under Abnormal Flag, select Abnormal.
- Select Upload, and then select Return to Orders.
The red abnormal icon does not appear.Actions RequiredUntil this issue is fixed, if you want to be alerted to abnormal results in Orders, you can mark the order as abnormal in the Quick Results tab with the comment text See Results under Objective in addition to documenting the results in Order Results Form or Browse and Upload.StatusThis issue was resolved June 06, 2024.Clients who are experiencing this issue can link their practice to this issue from NextGen Healthcare Success Community.
