Some Medications Do Not Show PDR Briefs

Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, some medications do not show PDR briefs on the Medication Sig page or in prescription renewal requests in Pharmacy Messages. A list of affected medications is unknown.
Steps to Reproduce
Note: This issue is only reproducible for certain medications and for certain patients.
For New Medications
- In an encounter, click P on the SOAP menu and select Prescribe.
- Click New Medication.
- Search and select a medication.
The PDR brief does not show on the Medication Sig page.
For Rx Renewals
- On the bottom toolbar, click Pharmacy Alerts.
- Click the Pharmacy Messages tab.
- To open a renewal request, click the patient's name.
The PDR brief does not show below the Denial Reason.
Action Required
Review an external PDR or other medication references, especially for boxed or black box warnings.

This issue was fixed on June 30, 2022.
