Issue
In NextGen® Office Practice Management, there are infrequent reports of single credit card swipes that are charged the same amount multiple times.
Steps to Reproduce
This issue cannot be replicated. Reported occurrences were processed from credit card swipe transactions.
Action Required
Contact TSYS or navigate to the Transaction Central platform. Disable the option that allows duplicate payments. Clients who experienced this issue and then made this change have not reported further incidents.

This issue was fixed on November 10, 2019.
