Results Are Not Appearing in Lab Orders

Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, there is an intermittent issue on pages where you can see lab order results (Orders, Order Results, Order History). Lab orders with results contain order information, but the lab results do not appear.
Steps to Reproduce
Note: This issue occurs intermittently.
From the patient chart
- Click the Orders tab.
- For the Results filter, click All or w/ Results.
- Click to select the order.
- Click Results.
No lab results appear.
From the encounter
- Click O on the SOAP menu and select Order History or Order Results.
- For the Results filter, click All or w/ Results.
- Click to select the order.
- Click Results.
No lab results appear.
From the Dashboard
- Click View Orders
. - Select the Ordering Provider.
- Select the Location.
- For the Order Type filter, click Lab.
- For the Filter View, click Orders w/ Results.
- Click to select the order.
- Click Results.
No lab results appear.
Action Required
Request that the lab resend the affected results.
