Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, if you include two or more sublevels in a bulleted or numbered list in an encounter note and then enter another bulleted or numbered list (single item or multilevel list), only the first multilevel bulleted or numbered list appears in the clinical summary PDF. Subsequent bulleted or numbered lists will not appear regardless of whether they are multilevel lists or a single item.
Steps to Reproduce
- In an encounter, open a page from the SOAP menu.
Our example uses the Chief Complaint page.
- To add or edit a note, click
. - Enter a multilevel bulleted or numbered list.
To create list sublevels, press tab or click the increase indent button

.
- Enter a second bulleted or numbered list.
- Click Save.
- Click the Encounter #.
- Click Clinical Summary.
- Click Export to PDF.
Only the first multilevel bulleted and numbered list appear.
Action Required
When entering a bulleted or numbered list in an encounter note, do not enter two or more sublevels (press tab or click the increase indent button two or more times).
