Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, when an encounter includes an office procedure with nested tables (table within another table), the entire Office Procedures section appears in the encounter summary, but part of the Office Procedures section may be cut off in the clinical summary PDF.
Steps to Reproduce
- In NextGen Office EHR, open an encounter with an office procedure that includes nested tables.
The entire Office Procedures section appears.
- Select Clinical Summary, and then select Export PDF.
The Office Procedures section is cut off in the clinical summary PDF.
Action Required
Do not include nested tables in office procedures.

This issue was resolved on April 25, 2024.
