Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, notes entered in the Chief Complaint page do not appear in the C-CDA file.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open an encounter.
- Enter a note in Chief Complaint.
- Click the Encounter #.
- Click Clinical Summary.
- Click Send Direct.
- Open the direct message preview or download the C-CDA file.
The note from Chief Complaint does not appear in the C-CDA file.
Action Required
No user action is required.
