Issue

In NextGen® Office EHR, notes entered in the Chief Complaint page do not appear in the C-CDA file. 

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open an encounter.
  2. Enter a note in Chief Complaint.
  3. Click the Encounter #.
  4. Click Clinical Summary.
  5. Click Send Direct.
  6. Open the direct message preview or download the C-CDA file.

The note from Chief Complaint does not appear in the C-CDA file.

Action Required

No user action is required.

Status

This issue was fixed on May 5, 2022.
