Non-Transaction Summary Reports Are Missing Data

Issue
In NextGen® Office Practice Management, there are two issues in the Reports module affecting non-transaction summary reports. First, these reports are showing No Provider in the Rendering Provider and Servicing Provider columns. Second, these reports are missing data in the Patient Name column and showing No Location and No Payer for the Location Name and Payer Name columns, respectively, for some transactions. The following are the affected reports:
- Adjustment Details - Analysis Grid
- Detailed Applied Payment - Analysis Grid
- Insurance Adjustment - Analysis Grid
- Overpayment - Analysis Grid
- Payment Summary by Location and Billing Provider - Analysis Grid
- Payment Summary by Location and Rendering Provider - Analysis Grid
- Payment Summary by Location and Servicing Provider - Analysis Grid
- Summary Applied Payment by Servicing Provider and Location - Analysis Grid
- Summary Applied Payment by Servicing Provider and Payer - Analysis Grid
- Transaction Details - Analysis Grid
- Write-off - Analysis Grid
Steps to Reproduce
Note: The following procedures provide a single example for each issue and do not show all workflows to reproduce these issues.
Issue 1
- In Reports, select Transaction for the Report Type and Transaction Details - Analysis Grid for Report Name.
- In the Reporting Period section, for Date Type, select the Ledger Date option.
- For Time Period, select This Year Start.
- Click Generate Report.
- Filter the Rending Provider or Servicing Provider = No Provider.
Issue 2
- In Reports, select Transaction for the Report Type and Transaction Details - Analysis Grid for Report Name.
- In the Reporting Period section, for Date Type, select the Ledger Date option.
- For Time Period, select Current Month.
- Click Generate Report.
- Filter the Location Name = No Location, Payer Name = No Payer, or Patient Name = (leave value blank).

No user action is required.
