Potential Non-Clinical Urgent
MIPS Dashboard Shows Incorrect Calculation or Population Values
Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, there are two issues impacting the MIPS Dashboard. In issue 1, the MIPS Dashboard shows different numerator/denominator values for electronic clinical quality measures (eCQMs) in the same reporting period. In issue 2, for inverse measures, performance rate calculation is incorrect when a denominator exclusion is present. While calculating the numerator for inverse measures, the denominator exclusion should also be subtracted from the numerator. Issue 2 was internally reported. Both issues do not affect Quality reporting, but do affect what appears on the MIPS Dashboard. The QRDA report contains accurate data whereas the MIPS Dashboard data does not match the QRDA report.

Known Issue #
KI198449 (for issue 1)
Steps to Reproduce
For issue 1, create an enrollment in Administration: EHR Reporting and Quality Measures and then create another enrollment with the same reporting period. The issue typically occurs when enrollments are created at different points in time, for example, an enrollment at the beginning of the year without EPCS and then another one later with EPCS. Different population values show for the eCQMs.
