Longitudinal Care Plan Does Not Appear in Encounter Summary

Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, longitudinal care plan data does not appear in the encounter summary preview and PDF. Data does appear in the clinical summary C-CDA.
Steps to Reproduce
- In an encounter, click P on the SOAP menu and select Care Plan.
- Click the Longitudinal tab.
- Add a health concern.
- View the encounter summary preview, the encounter summary print preview, or the encounter summary PDF.
The longitudinal care plan data does not appear under Plan.
Action Required
If the longitudinal care plan needs to be sent to another provider, the NextGen Office provider must send the clinical summary C-CDA. Do not send an encounter summary PDF.
Status
This issue was fixed on July 22, 2021.
