Issue

In NextGen® Office Practice Management, Location and Claim ID are either blank or incorrect in the following reports:

  • AR Service Line - Analysis Grid
  • Charge Summary - Analysis Grid
  • Charges - Analysis Grid
  • Charges by Location
  • Service Line Details - Analysis Grid
  • RVU - Analysis Grid

This issue was first reported on January 22, 2019 and occurred intermittently until it was fixed.

Status

This issue was fixed on April 25, 2019.
