In NextGen® Office Practice Management, Location and Claim ID are either blank or incorrect in the following reports:
- AR Service Line - Analysis Grid
- Charge Summary - Analysis Grid
- Charges - Analysis Grid
- Charges by Location
- Service Line Details - Analysis Grid
- RVU - Analysis Grid
This issue was first reported on January 22, 2019 and occurred intermittently until it was fixed.
Status
This issue was fixed on April 25, 2019.
