Generating Documents with the Print Wizard May Cause the Vital Signs Weight Section to Show Only Pounds Instead of Pounds and Ounces

NextGen Healthcare has identified an issue with NextGen® Office EHR where generating documents with the print wizard causes the weight section to show only pounds instead of both pounds and ounces.
Steps to Recreate the Issue
- Create or open a patient chart, and then create an encounter.
- From the SOAP menu, select O.
- Select Enter Vitals.
- Enter a weight that has both pounds and ounces, and then select Save.
- Select the Administrative tab, and then select Print Wizard.
- Generate a file with the vital signs attached.
The vital signs chart shows the weight only in pounds.
Actions Required
Until this issue is fixed, users can use the encounter note which will display the weight with pounds and ounces.
