The Issue

In NextGen® Office EHR, a follow-up that is saved and/or imported from a blueprint is not correctly created in the Recall List in PM.

Action Required

Do not save or import a follow-up in a blueprint. If you do use Follow-Up, after importing the blueprint, resave the follow-up.

Status

This issue was fixed on March 5, 2020.
