Fall Risk Assessment Answers Do Not Appear in the Clinical Summary

Issue

In NextGen® Office EHR, when you add fall risk assessment answers to an encounter, the custom form answers do not appear in the clinical summary.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In NextGen Office EHR, open an encounter.
  2. Select S > Patient Hx > Social Hx.
  3. Select the Safety tab, and then select Fall Risk Assessment.
  4. Answer any of the questions, and then select Save.
  5. Select the encounter #.
  6. Select Clinical Summary.
The fall risk assessment answers do not appear in the clinical summary. 

Action Required

Copy the fall risk assessment custom form as new and manually enter the answer output.

This issue was fixed on February 08, 2024.
