Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, electronic lab results may not show all result values for patients with orders with multiple tests. This issue affects results with date in the Result In Date column between August 9 and August 12, 2023. Results reviewed during this time may be incomplete or missing.
Action Required
- In NextGen Office EHR, select Orders
from the top navigation bar to open the Orders Dashboard. - Select the ordering provider.
- From Filter View, select Reviewed Results.
- From Order Type, select Lab.
- From Lab Order Type, select Electronic.
- Filter the date from August 9 to August 12, and then select Search date range
. - Re-review the results of the orders with multiple tests (the ones with the grey + icon
).

This issue was fixed on August 12, 2023.
