In NextGen® Office Practice Management, duplicate charges appear in patient ledgers.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open a patient's chart.
  2. Click Ledger.
  3. View a Service Date that shows the duplicate charges.

Action Required

No user action is required.

Status

This issue was fixed on June 30, 2022.
