In NextGen® Office Practice Management, duplicate charges appear in patient ledgers.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a patient's chart.
- Click Ledger.
- View a Service Date that shows the duplicate charges.
Action Required
No user action is required.

This issue was fixed on June 30, 2022.
