Document Inbox Shows 50 Fax Pages When More Than 50 Pages Were Sent in a Single Fax

Issue

In NextGen® Office EHR, Document Inbox shows 50 fax pages when more than 50 pages were sent in a single fax. 

Steps to Reproduce

The following steps be performed after a single fax is received with more than 50 pages.
  1. In EHR, click Documents at the bottom of the page.
  2. Click Document Inbox.

Only 50 pages of the fax appear.

Action Required

If you receive a fax of exactly 50 pages, we suggest that you contact the sender to ensure that all pages were received.

Status

This issue was fixed on April 24, 2020.
