Chief Complaint Denied Modifying Factor Information Does Not Appear in Clinical Summary C-CDA

Issue

In NextGen® Office EHR, in the Chief Complaint form, denied modifying factor information does not appear in the clinical summary C-CDA. Reported modifying factor information and other HPI elements are not affected. The clinical summary PDF is also not affected.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In Chief Complaint, select No as the answer to at least one Modifying Factors question.
  2. Click Save.
  3. In the clinical summary C-CDA, view the Chief Complaint section.

The denied information does not appear.

This issue was fixed on October 10, 2019.
