Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, in the Chief Complaint form, denied modifying factor information does not appear in the clinical summary C-CDA. Reported modifying factor information and other HPI elements are not affected. The clinical summary PDF is also not affected.
Steps to Reproduce
- In Chief Complaint, select No as the answer to at least one Modifying Factors question.
- Click Save.
- In the clinical summary C-CDA, view the Chief Complaint section.
The denied information does not appear.
Action Required
No user action is required.
