Care Plan Does Not Show in Clinical Summary PDF

Issue
In NextGen® Office EHR, Care Plan information shows in the Encounter Summary Preview and the clinical summary preview, but does not show in the exported clinical summary PDF. The clinical summary PDF shows only the title of the care plan.
Steps to Reproduce
- Open a chart with Care Plan information.
- Click the Encounter #.
Care Plan information shows in Encounter Summary Preview.
- Click Clinical Summary.
- Below Print or Export Clinical Summary, click Print Preview.
Care Plan information shows in the clinical summary preview.
- Click Export to PDF from within the clinical summary preview or click Export PDF from within Encounter Summary Preview.
Only the Care Plan title shows.
Action Required
No user action is required.

This issue is no longer occurring.
