CLIA Number Is Not Retained When Claim Is Edited

Issue

In NextGen® Office PM, when you edit a claim, the CLIA number does not appear even though it was added when the claim was created.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. In NextGen Office PM, on the Charge Entry page, select the Additional Info tab.
  2. Under Additional Information, select CLIA certification No. from the menu and then enter the CLIA number in the text box.
  3. Select Create Claim.
  4. Edit the claim and check the CLIA number.
The CLIA number does not appear.

Action Required

Reenter the CLIA in the claim before submitting.

This issue was fixed on December 1 2023
