- From the bottom bar, select Documents, and then select Document Library.
- Select New Document.
- From the Content Blocks pane, drag the Physical Exam w/ Notes content block into the template.
- Enter information on the template.
- Select Save Template.
Workflow in NextGen Office EHR
- Create or open a patient chart, and then create an encounter.
- From the SOAP menu, select O, and then select Physical Exam.
- From the left navigation bar, select the Attach Image to Encounter icon.
- Select an image from the library or upload an image, and then select Attach Images.
- Select Encounter #.
- In Encounter Summary Preview, select Sign, and then select Sign Encounter.
- Select Document Library.
- Select the template that uses the Physical Exam w/ Notes content block.
- Search for and select the patient from step 1, and then select the encounter from step 1.
- Select Print Preview.
The chosen image does not appear.
- Select Save or Save & Download PDF.
The image does not appear.
Actions RequiredUntil the issue is fixed, users can export the encounter with the Physical Exam image to PDF.StatusThis issue was resolved on August 25, 2024.
