Negative Claim Adjustments Do Not Transfer to the Secondary Claim Form When Created from Secondary Billing or When Clicking the COB Button

Issue
In NextGen® Office Practice Management, negative claim adjustments do not transfer to the secondary claim form when created from Secondary Billing or when the user clicks the COB button.
Steps to Reproduce
- On the menu bar, hover over Billing and then Payments and then select View Unapplied Insurance Payments.
- Click the Payment Id.
- In the Search for Charges section, next to HF Claim Id, enter the primary claim number.
- Click Get.
- Click Edit Adj.
- Enter a positive insurance adjustment or patient responsibility amount.
- Click Save Adjustment.
- Enter a negative insurance adjustment or patient responsibility amount.
- Click Save Adjustment.
- Click COB.
The negative adjustment amount does not appear on the secondary claim form.
Action Required
Manually add the negative adjustment to the secondary claim form.
