You can customize the standard and AR aging messages that appear on patient statements. AR aging messages are based on the how many days a payment is past due.

Navigate to Administration: Statement Messages

  1. Click Admin.
  2. Under Insurance and Billing, click Statement Messages.

Create Messages

  1. Type a Standard Message.
This default message appears in all patient statements. The next four messages are AR aging messages.
  1. ​Type a customized message for each AR aging bucket.
  2. Click Save Messages.

Note: Messages have a 300 character limit.
